Substitute Secretaries For Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Schools

Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Secretaries for Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Schools for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year. Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Two professional references
• BCI & FBI background checks completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education. Renhill Group can complete these for a fee if you do not already have them. Please call to make an appointment.

Necessary Skills/Duties:

• Monitor record keeping procedures
• Prepare computer documents
• Maintain systematic filing system
• Greet/assist visitors
• Prepare letters, memos, notes, and emails
• Prepare photocopies
• Process incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail
• Help resolve staff/parent/student issues
• Relevant work experience in field
• Demonstrable evidence of literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficiency in spelling, proofreading, and correct use of grammar
