This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, efficiently processing orders, and supporting the overall sales process. Sales Specialists build a strong foundation in Kele's systems, products, and customer service standards.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely and accurate information.Enters and processes orders accurately in accordance with internal procedures.Supports quoting efforts by creating basic quotes and forwarding more complex requests to appropriate team members.Follows up on open quotes, backorders, and shipping updates.Escalates complex issues to Technical Sales Specialists or Senior Technical Sales Specialists.Promotes Kele's products and services using ASLAN principles.Maintains accurate documentation in order entry and internal tracking systems.Participates in product and service training to build product knowledge and sales skills.Qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent work experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic knowledge of industrial distribution or process/combustion equipment is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn company ERP/CRM systemsKele Companies offers all full-time associates the following benefits and perks:Medical, vision, and dental insuranceHSAFSA (medical and dependent care)401(k) with employer match up to 4% with immediate vestingEmployer-paid short- and long-term disability coverageEmployer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance; supplemental life for employees and dependents availablePaid time off and paid holidaysTuition reimbursementPaid maternity leave
