Join the two-time Northwoods League Champion Fond du Lac Dock Spiders for an immersive, hands-on summer internship. Located between Green Bay and Milwaukee, the Dock Spiders offer a fast-paced environment where you won't just watch from the sidelines-you'll help make the season happen.

- Schedule: Full-time summer commitment, including standard business hours, nights, weekends, and all home games.

VIDEO PRODUCTION INTERN Produce live baseball and create video content in a real-world sports environment. These positions offer extensive hands-on experience in live production, directing, editing, camera operations and digital content creation.
What You'll Do - Produce and direct the live video broadcast for Dock Spiders home games.
- Lead, train, and coordinate game-day camera operators and production staff.
- Create postgame highlight packages for the Dock Spiders website, YouTube, and social media platforms.
- Produce commercials, promotional videos, and other content for marketing and in-stadium use.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, promotions, photography, and graphic design staff on creative content.
- Set up, maintain, and properly store video production equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced live-production environment.
- Help ensure Dock Spiders broadcasts meet or exceed Northwoods League production standards.
Skills We're Looking For Experience with video production and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Wirecast, and YouTube production tools is preferred.
Great Fit For: Students interested in sports broadcasting, video production, filmmaking, digital media, or live-event production who want substantial portfolio-building experience.
